This lot from Las Nubes is a collection of the best day lots selected by El Borbollon mill that comes from Finca Las Nubes, located in the region named El Balsamo-Quetzaltepec Mountain Range. This lot is mainly grown to red bourbon variety and some typica coffee and is cultivated under native shaded trees which improves and conserves the soil and provides habitats for birds. The excellent growing conditions and the combination of flawless processing at El Borbollon mill creates one of the most exciting lots processed this year.
